Sessions
People come for many different reasons.
You may be feeling stuck in patterns that repeat, navigating a life transition, or sensing that something deeper is asking for your attention. For some, this includes the experience of grief after loss.
These sessions offer a space where what you are experiencing can be met with care, curiosity, and respect.
What to Expect
Our time together is guided by what is present for you. There is no set agenda. We begin by listening to what you are noticing, whether that is something physical, emotional, or relational. From there, we gently follow what unfolds.
Everything moves at a pace that supports your nervous system, bringing awareness to patterns that feel difficult to shift. We will notice how your body is holding an experience, and often explore relational or family dynamics. Working slowly and gently we will allow space for emotions that have not yet been fully processed.
How I Faciliate
My approach is grounded in over 30 years of experience supporting people through hands-on therapeutic work, positional release techniques, family constellations, and an understanding of early imprinting and nervous system patterns.
These are not applied as techniques, but as ways of listening.
Together, we create a steady and supportive space where your experience can unfold and begin to reorganize in its own time.
Grief is a natural and deeply personal response to loss.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, it can continue to move through your life in unexpected ways.
