SELF DISCOVERY

Doesn't Have To Be Complicated.

Bev gently guides us back to the blueprint of our optimal-health by shedding light on misunderstandings that have been stored in the body by looking through the lens of  Family & Ancestral Healing and Birth Imprint work.

As a body worker since 1997 she also uses CranioSacral therapy, Visceral manipulation and positional release techniques that stem from Osteopathy.

CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER

Bev informally began her personal healing journey in the late eighties. By doing her own transformational work she prepared herself for her professional practice as an alternative health care practitioner, which was founded in 1997.

Bev and her husband carry the values of the Cree Nation from Northern Saskatchewan and are very grateful for teachings of the Blackfoot and Dakota people of Southern Alberta. She believes the body and mind cannot be separated, and heal in mutual cooperation.

Natural Rhythms in the Body

Bev's gentle approach to healing works with the natural rhythms of the body's own intelligence. She has cultivated a deep understanding of healing and has developed a thorough skill set that addresses the healing of the whole person. Through physical, psychological and emotional healing support Bev is able to guide the complex human system back into balance.

Body Work

Bev uses Cranio- Sacral therapy and positional release techniques to address soft tissue, joint pain, visceral disturbances and emotional holding in the body.

Universal Laws

Bev trained for twenty one years in a modality that worked with a number of principles that related to the laws of life.  She became drawn to expanding her way of working as her understanding and appreciation for the principles grew.

How does Bev apply these principals?

WE ARE ALL CONNECTED
Bev works with the focus that we are all connected but sometimes  we have the feeling that we are alone in the world.  She helps people see the root of this feeling of separation by helping them integrate salient information from their earliest days of development and unresolved ancestral connections.

FREQUENCIES AND VIBRATIONS
It has become obvious to Bev over the years that we are all vibrating at different frequencies.  People can become attuned to their own feelings and learn how to attune to a frequency that lets them feel a harmonious connection with themselves and the world around them.
PATTERNS
Bev has a deep understanding that we tend to repeat patterns that have been imprinted into our limbic/nervous system.  This way of living in the world has become our biology.  The work is to build new neural pathways in the places our nervous systems were overridden when we were developing or recognize what we might be carrying for a family member or ancestor out of an unconscious loyalty of love.  Family patterns can keep us stuck and inhibit forward motion in life.

ATTRACTION
Bev works with the law of attraction with a practical approach.  A common belief in the past couple of decades is that with sheer positive thinking we should be able to attract everything we want.  When this approach doesn’t provide the hoped for outcome the failed result only deepens the imprinted material that we are fundamentally flawed.  Bev helps people see what the nervous system’s imprints are and how to rewire our brain so that we’re not just thinking positive but feeling positive.  These are two different things. The brain and body have to work together to optimize the vibration of this law.

INSPIRED ACTION
Practical inspired action comes from feeling our natural impulse to move forward.  The body and mind have to be working in unison so our next move provides us with a feeling of comfort which is an extension of the law of attraction.   We know when we’re in alignment  because we feel a sense of confidence that isn’t there when we override our nervous systems ‘right pace’.

PERPETUAL TRANSMUTATION OF ENERGY
Our energy is always moving within ourselves and between others. Bev works on the premise that the tiniest of movements can create monumental and lasting change.  We only have to look at plants to see how they can flourish from a small drink of water and feeling the sun’s rays from millions of miles away.

CAUSE AND EFFECT
The belief is that any action causes a reaction.  It helps to understand our biology to work with this law effectively.   What makes us tick at a fundamental level?  What beliefs were imprinted in our unconscious minds?  Bev helps people understand where their behavior originated.  Without feeling this inner wisdom the person may experience feelings of shame and other painful emotions which only self perpetuates feelings of unworthiness.

LAW OF COMPENSATION
The belief here is that we get back what we put forth.  There are times we need to be reminded that we are valuable to our family and community.  If we weren’t held in a safe enough space as a child we may need to receive kindness or sit with someone that can hold a neutral space for us so that we can be attuned to others.  Feelings of unworthiness can become a self fulfilling prophecy without the ability to feel connected because it is what may have been imprinted in our earliest days.  We are more apt to have harmonious relationships in the world when we feel a healthy connection, thereby experiencing the joy of giving and receiving.

RELATIVITY
Everything is relative.  Bev helps people discover what is true for themselves.  What we have been taught about what is good or bad and right or wrong doesn’t necessarily mean it is true for us.  Taking a neutral stance without judgment or being invested in the outcome leaves space for a person to find their own way.

RHYTHM
Bev has spent years working with the various rhythms of the body from the Cranial sacral, visceral, and lymphatic. The body can find its own rhythm if it has forgotten by a simple suggestion.  By lifting a limb and gently allowing it to swing back and forth a few times or rocking bones back and forth, the body will remember its natural order. Each of us has our own internal rhythm and by getting attuned to it we can make our next move when our body says it’s the right time.

PERPETUAL MOTION
Further to the example above is to know that the energy will continue to move in  the body and in our lives as we begin to remember our right rhythm.

The law of perpetual motion relates to how there is an upside coming to balance that which feels hopeless in the moment.  It’s more than a cliche, it is a natural law of the universe and can be a good resource if we can remember a time when we felt it in action.  We want to find ways to support ourselves when challenging times arise.

GIVING AND RECEIVING
Bev’s approach to the law of giving and receiving speaks to having the ability to do both.  Some people give more while others receive more.  The one that gives too much can make others uncomfortable and the one that takes too much without giving makes others feel disrespected, manipulated and unsafe.  A person’s tendency to give or receive might be explored when they are having difficulty within a relationship so they can find better balance within that dynamic.
